Yes, because each person sees only their own work. The store keeper sees what to send today, not the accounts. We add your team, customers and materials for you and show each department how to use it. If a customer doesn't want to use the app, your salesperson can do their steps for them.
No. We set Formixa up to match your steps: who approves what, and in what order. Screens you don't need are hidden. If your process changes later, tell us and we update it.
